We also review contracts or bills of lading to determine the condition of the goods or established time limits for filing claims or lawsuits as well as identify exemptions to liability that may apply based on the types of goods being transported, Act of God, actions by government organizations, theft by a third party, or inherent flaws/instability of the cargo.
